Can I use multiple devices with one GigSky account?
Yes! The best way to utilize GigSky for multiuse is with a Hotspot. Once you’re set up, you can tether up to 8 devices to your data plan. The whole family can stay connected using one account.
I have an upcoming trip to (insert amazing destination here.) Will there be GigSky service available?

If I use your service, then don’t use it again for a year, will my SIM still work?
Yes, GigSky SIM and Apple SIM never expire.
However, it’s important to note that if you are a current GigSky customer and purchased your GigSky SIM before March 28, 2016 it will need to be replaced. Learn more here.
My whole company could use a service like GigSky. Do you have an enterprise offering?
We do indeed! If you’re looking to connect a team of 10 or more, the GigSky Enterprise Manager is your best solution. GEM allows an administrator to assign SIMs to each user, categorize them by groups, set data limits, and track and report total usage over time.
I accidentally bought a plan for the country I am in, instead of the country I plan to visit. What should I do?
GigSky has 24-hour support, 365 day of the year. Contact us by phone or email, and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your data plan. In this case, we would refund the mistakenly purchased plan, no questions asked.
Can I use the GigSky service on a cruise ship?
Unfortunately this is unlikely. Our service is dependent on having a data connection to a cell tower. Once you arrive at a destination, you can pick a data plan and instantly connect. Happy travels!
