GigSky Giveaway Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

BY ENTERING THE CONTEST YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. Eligibility:

The contest is open to all existing and new GigSky users globally, except in any jurisdiction where this contest may not be permitted by applicable law, as determined by GigSky in its sole discretion. This contest is void where prohibited. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to enter. No purchase is required to participate. Employees of GigSky and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these contest rules.

2. Contest Period:

The contest begins on November 5, 2026 at 10 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2026 at 9:59 AM EST. New winners will be selected each week.

3. How to Enter:

There are two ways to enter:

1. Check and save your Visa Eligibility with GigSky: Download the GigSky app and create an account if you do not already have one. Check your eligibility to receive complimentary data and discounts through the Visa Benefits section on the app. Checking your eligibility and saving your Visa card will automatically enter you into the contest. If you have previously checked your eligibility and saved your Visa card, you will automatically be entered, provided your card is still eligible. Once you have checked your eligibility and saved a card, you will continue to be eligible for each weekly drawing and there is no need to reenter your information. If the card is removed from your account, then you will no longer be eligible for the contest.
2. To enter the contest without checking your Visa eligibility please fill out the form at this address.

Each saved card or online entry will count as one (1) entry. Each person is limited to three (3) entries, regardless of the method of entry, or the username, email address, address, phone number or other information used to enter. Any person found to have violated this provision by using multiple accounts will be disqualified.

4. Prizes:

Each week, one winner will receive a one hundred dollar ($100 USD) Visa prepaid gift card. Each week, a second winner will receive a fifty dollar ($50 USD) GigSky credit that will be applied to their account. Each week, a third winner will receive a twenty-five dollar ($25 USD) GigSky credit that will be applied to their account.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected based on the entries received as of 10 am ET every Thursday and will be announced on this webpage at 10 am ET every Friday. The winner will be notified by GigSky. Any person who wins a prize will no longer be eligible to receive a prize in future weeks.

6. Prize Claim:

The winner must promptly respond to the notification to claim their prize. The winner is also required to execute a written declaration of compliance with the terms of the contest and a release of claims in favor of GigSky. GigSky shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions:

By participating, entrants agree to these official terms and the decisions of GigSky, which are final and binding. GigSky reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, GigSky may (in its sole discretion) select winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) any action taken by GigSky. GigSky reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or violates these terms. GigSky has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the contest, including to void entries for any violation of these terms. If GigSky selects a potential winner and determines in its sole discretion that such potential winner resides in a jurisdiction where this contest may not be permitted by applicable law, GigSky reserves the right to choose an alternate winner. Any applicable taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow GigSky to use their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy:

Any personal information collected during the contest will be used in accordance with the GigSky Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability:

GigSky is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the contest or the acceptance or use of the prize. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless GigSky and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners (including Visa), representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; and (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries.

11. Governing Law:

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF DELAWARE, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the federal courts having jurisdiction in State of Delaware. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will either party be permitted to obtain awards for, and each party hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with this contest), and each party further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Severability:

If any term or condition of these contest rules is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these contest rules.

13. No Visa Endorsement:

The contest is being offered solely by GigSky and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Visa.

14. Social Media:

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platforms on which the contest may have been promoted or publicized, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Any personal information provided in connection with the contest is being provided to GigSky and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Any questions or comments regarding the contest must be directed to GigSky and not to any social media platforms on which the contest may have been advertised or administered.

NOTE: To win any prize, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer a skill testing question without any electronic, mechanical or other assistance, and must have complied and continue to comply in full and in all respects with these contest rules. No prize will be awarded to an eligible entrant in respect of any entry which does not comply in full with the provisions of these contest rules, as determined by GigSky in its sole discretion.
